It's Over TT

No more classes,
No more doing last minute assignment,
No more putting an all niter for an exam.

I'm going to miss my time as a College Student.

Now, I am still doing my Industrial Training. It's been 1 month and 10 days, so I have another 1 month
20 days to go. I hope everything will be just fine since I will be on my own starting 9th of July because my supervisor( she's the ESH Executive) who supposed to be with me for 3 months will only guiding me for 1 month plus because she will give birth to her baby on early August.

So far, I am already conducting 1 big project which is the Wellness Programme Proposal which is a success. Next project, to conduct Permit- to- Work Training to the contractors. Also, to conduct English and Computer Class to the mechanics so that it will be easier for them to communicate in English and getting used to do report using the computer. This one shouldn't be my responsibility as Safety and Health Trainee, right? But my boss said that he is helping me to find side income and I obeyed. Why? because I want money too ;O.

Tomorrow, there will be Schedule Waste Training and the company paid RM150 for me. Yay!

The first meeting that I've attended

Last exam for this last semester

Tomorrow is the big day. My risk assessment and control exam paper. The last among the last and I and I still doing my routine. Yeah, CRAMMING but this time I have strong reason why I didn't study or do my revision earlier.

First, I am doing my Industrial Training and I have to go to office every Mon-Fri from 8am-5/6pm.
Second, class is conducted on Saturday from 8am-5pm.
Third, by Sunday I'm exhausted and  spending it like a queen.

That's how it goes. Now, I am arranging my notes. I think I forgot where did I left some parts of my lecture notes. Nevermind, I can still search for it since I am pretty sure it's in my room.

Alright, that's it.

Note to self: Wish me luck and all the best. Hope you can answer everything tomorrow morning.

Good night~

I want to go to Brisbane to see this awesome scene by myself so this is kinda  motivation  for me to  study harder plus smarter x)

I can do it~

Industrial Training Story#1

In 4days,it will be my 1st month doing my Industrial Training at SDI.It happened so fast probably because I'm way too busy with the task given by my supervisor. I have way too much work compared to my others classmates who're doing theirs at big company( Petronas,Tanjung, etc). We've been exchanging stories and I am the only one who's busy with works. They said they don't have work to do so they usually playing games.Hmm.

8am until 5pm not doing work?I rather doing work than doing nothing. It's tiring sometimes but I gonna said that it's worth.I gain more knowledge, experience and I can apply what I've learned at College mostly on my work.

Sometimes,it's pretty challenging and I thought that I couldn't do it but things turned out pretty good.

So,what have I done for this almost 1month?

1) Workplace Inspection

2)Tool box briefing

3)Proposal for Wellness Program since the worker's here is going to offshore so weight management is a must.I will do the presentation tomorrow. Nervous and excited as well.

4)Learning and understand the EQA act which I never learn before.

5)Report, ESH-MS committee meeting

6)SKO committee meeting with the contractors

Tired eyes? That's shows how tired am I and for the sake of my future,I have to  be strong :))

Hi there..(if any;D)

So, I'm back. Leaving my home, KK is the most hardest thing. I love my family too much that when I left, I will cried again and again, anywhere.

Tomorrow will be my first day of Industrial Training. I hope that everything will be just fine during the 3 months. I will start on 8am until 5pm except for tomorrow because my supervisor told me to report duty on 8.30am. What should I do during the 1st week? My lecturer recommend me, IF there's nothing much to do I could start to identify any safety and heath hazard in that company.

Expect the unexpected?

I'm done with my finals and now I will be back to Kota Kinabalu for my short semester break( 2weeks).
After that, I will coming back Miri to do my industrial training and hopefully to be working at the same company. The real plan is to get out from Miri and be back with my beloved family and I'm going to take care of them for the rest of my life. Living with them until I'm retired from working. Buy a car and renovate our house. To have a breakfast, lunch and dinner with them and also to spent my whole time with them. That's my plan.

Now, I think I have to improvise my plan. To live and working here alone. I don't know what to expect from that company. All I want is to get an income every month. Am I complaining? Yes, a little because it ruined my plans but after thinking for a long time, I think I shouldn't be like this. I should be grateful and I am. I have a new plans.

Will be back later( 2 weeks later) :)

See ya.

The papers & random things?:)

Safe Work Procedure paper:

Didn't do well. The question looked so EASY, but I find it hard to recall it. I cannot remember everything I've learnt but I'm glad I can always rely on my logical side. I answered it all based on my logic understanding.
Emergency Response Planning:
Yay!Am done with it just few hours ago. I'm glad I did much better than yesterday but there are some  of the little things that I cannot remember. Nevermind, as long as I can answer all question. It's a habit to never leave a blank space in the paper. Mum said "as long as you answered everything eventhough it's not a right answer but at least you're trying your best."

I know this is so random but feel free to try because I've tried it all for almost 1 month and I've lost 8KG. It worked. I liked it because it is so simple and there's no special exercise equipment needed except the yoga mat. Marin and her husband is a personal trainer, that's why~

I'm working out while watching korean drama yo! Multitasking is my speciality:) Enjoy!

Wish me luck

....for my finals. It will start on this Monday( 23/04/2012) until Friday( 27/04/2012). It's my 6th semester. Yeah, time flies so fast like what my lecturer told me that I will not realise how it flies(the time) and before you realise, you're at your final year. True indeed. He said it when I'm on my 2nd semester and I told myself, it will never happen because I have to spend another 2 and a half year to get my diploma. Now, I'm on my final year. I only have 1 subject left for my last semester next month and I will graduate this year. Fast huh? ;)

What did I do during my study week? Sleep, eat, sleep, eat....for the entire week. Why? I'm not in the mood and everytime I touch my notes, I will become sleepy.  At least I tried :p. It's only today that I have the mood since tomorrow is exam. I like the mood because I tend to become nervous when the exam is going to START tomorrow and at the same time, I will have the special feeling that encourage me to study.

Exam schedule( Semester 6)

Monday: Safe Work Procedure
Tuesday: Emergency Response Planning
Wednesday: Machinery Safety
Thursday: Occupational Stress
Friday: Office English
Saturday: No more paper so I will be back to my hometown, KK!!

Note to self: Good luck with your exam and all the best! ( Aiming for 4.00? Can I? I'm gonna try my best)
