Who are you reporting to?

So, basically every morning I will report to my HOD. I don't know why I should report to him like everyday but I really hope that I could report to Him at the end of the week only.

Situation like this makes me feels like I'm still in College.

It's just wasting my time and my energy too.

Why, oh, why..

I'm Working Now.

Never thought working in this industry is quite tough. Never thought the work load could be this much. Never thought the stress level could be this high.

I'm grateful to at be have a job but all this could be temporary as I have 3 months probation.

Can I take it?
Can I endure this all?

I don't know.

Maybe if my job is stressful or the workload is way too much, I still could swallow it all if the Boss could  give me advice or at least support me.

Choosing the right college

There's a lot of college nowadays offering the Occupational Safety and Health course. Be careful in choosing one cause it's for the sake of your future.My college really leaves a bad impression to me. I don't know how to describe it but the management is a total chaos. Paid a huge sum of money, after 1 month they still didn't give me my diploma and transcript. I've e-mailed the CEO and the principal but they're not responding.Seems like they're delaying it purposely. Whatever the reason is it is the most stupidest thing they ever did to a student. This is my future, how am I going to find a fucking job without the diploma and transcript?Wonder if I should file for a complaint to the ministry of education later?

Fresh Grade Future?

Imagine how challenging a fresh grade without GREEN BOOK to find a JOB?
esp when all the vacancy clearly stated they want GB holder?

I know.I know.I'm now one of the useless teenager in Malaysia.
The things that makes me so stressed is when everytime there's an article about "Safety&Health", my dad will show it to me.

So, I have only 7 days to go. Flight booked.Bags all packed.Now, I'm ready to go back my hometown.Suddenly, someone in the office said I have to extend my practical for 2 months.I was like "WHAT!!!". I'm sorry but I can't do it. Just because the Safety Officer is on her maternity leave and I HAVE to replace her?I'm sorry but I couldn't do that.I'm only a practical trainee and you expect me to extend it for another 2 months?With only RM400 allowance?It's not even enough to pay my rent. If I happen to extend 2 months pleasing the management,does it makes my future brighter? No, because the boss already said he cannot promise anything to me. So, what else should I wait for?I'm sorry SDI but I'm not that dumb.

I feel stupid

..when the company asked me to do things that is far from my job scope. No it's not about becoming someone capable/ be able to multitask but this is about me, the "practical trainee" who's been showered with too much work. It's okay if that work is really related to Safety and Health but what is happening here is that I'm the one who's responsible to do the mechanic tools list?I'm the one who's applying and managing the e-OSP?Oh crap.I want to go back home. I want to search for a better company who's never taking advantage of it's worker.
