Choosing the right college

There's a lot of college nowadays offering the Occupational Safety and Health course. Be careful in choosing one cause it's for the sake of your future.My college really leaves a bad impression to me. I don't know how to describe it but the management is a total chaos. Paid a huge sum of money, after 1 month they still didn't give me my diploma and transcript. I've e-mailed the CEO and the principal but they're not responding.Seems like they're delaying it purposely. Whatever the reason is it is the most stupidest thing they ever did to a student. This is my future, how am I going to find a fucking job without the diploma and transcript?Wonder if I should file for a complaint to the ministry of education later?
